Refused to return my new OEM tire THEN wanted to charge me a recycle fee to dispose of my NEW tire. I had to stand my ground and insist on its return. This should have been a "Thank you for doing business with Cycle Gear" kind of a moment. Not an argument. "
"Battery sold was bad. Had to return it and they replaced it with a good one. They must check battery before it leaves the store. You can just imagine the hassle. It only takes 10 seconds to check (maybe less)."

"I didn’t catch his name, but not only was he very rude to me... he was being rude , short, & bossy to the new employee that he seemed to be training as well. He did not want to price match a Revzilla price- which is the same company. And then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay him .20¢ for a free bag. That’s the jist of how the overall experience of his careless “customer service” was. There’s more, the whole visit was a bad time ‘cause of that guy. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back to the Fullerton location. "
