"The items were clearly marked, and in their own section. An employee, can’t remember his name, helped us when we were looking for youth size gear. Unfortunately they were sold out of most. The woman who helped us with the fitting room was also great! Sorry forgot her name as well. Overall pretty great first experience. We’ll be back for sure "

"I Was greeted upon arrival and asked if I needed help with anything. I knew what I needed already which was primary fluid for my Dyna (which cycle gear was the only place in town that carried Redline that I could find). I was assisted and checked out by Josie and she asked if I knew how much fluid I needed for the top off amount and I asked her how much it required (just to see if she knew her stuff) she knew it was a quart right off the bat, I was impressed. She promoted the Black Friday sales you guys had going but I was in a rush. She helped me before with helmets and the Sena systems. She’s got a great sense of humor but keeps it professional as well. If she hasn’t got recognition for her efforts then this should be it. The rest of the staff is awesome as well and very knowledgeable. My last few encounters there have been with her though. This store was practicing social distancing with customers and wearing face masks as well ( I really don’t care about the Covid bullshit but I know other customers might be anal about it) I’ve been to many cycle gears and this is one location I enjoy coming back to whether it’s for maintenance supplies, parts, gear or a good motorcycle conversation. 10/10 I’ll always enjoy this location.

"Friendly staff. Can’t recall the girls name (receipt reads assoc 11674) who helped me over the phone but she was great. I needed curb side help due to Covid and she didn’t skip a beat to accommodate and write up my order outside. If been into the store a few times and Made a few gear purchases and most have always been helpful. Great store. My new commander III makes my bike ride better than ever too. If you ride a Dyna, you need these new III’s"
