"My wife and I rode down from Springfield based on a recommendation from a friend. One other person was shopping when we got there. He was helped and checked out. We were patiently browsing. No one else came in. The man at the register kept doing whatever he was doing. The other man that had help the other customer starting doing something in one of the isles by the helmets. Twice I walked by him looking at helmets. Not once did either of them ask if we needed help or had any questions. Then another customer came in and was helped immediately. It was as if we were invisible. We walked out and proceeded to go to Xenia Harley. Where as always we were treated to great customer service and found exactly what my wife wanted at a great price. I would NEVER recommend your store to anyone."
