"I was extremely disappointed as we purchased last minute tickets for tOSU at PSU on 10/22 and found a couple minutes later that tickets weren't automatically downloadable as noted. In fact, we had to leave for the game before tickets were ever available and had to spend time looking for a place to download and print tickets. The issue was the seller had the tickets simultaneously posted on Stubhub and we had to wait until College Ticket Office could find seller and release the tickets. NEVER AGAIN---be sure to go with a reputable site that has the ticket downloads ready! Biggest disappointment was their customer service rep hung up as I called to complain!"
