"I ordered from them regularly for 3 years. In that time : They did not respond to communication. They gave no update on the status of orders. They do not give shipment notification. They rarely answer the phone or email. Almost never respond to email. The do not own up to their own shortcomings. They do not HANDLE it. Simple as that. I used to order from them often. NEVER AGAIN. I tried to work with them numerous times!!"
