"Received my order. The transformer was broken. Packaging was inadequate for a product of this weight.
I like the lights for their composite structure but the bulb receptacles were not uniform. I had to physically alter 7 of the 18 lights due to the pins not be aligned correctly and bending when I tried to insert the bulbs. If I wasn't handy I would have returned the 7 lights as well. I paid over a $1000 for this set and really expected better quality. Truly disappointed

"We received the wrong product on our order that we placed on their website, instead of the 16w LED Commercial Rated LED Blue light bulbs @ $49.00/each, we received Philips 13.5w bulbs (Which we can buy at Home Depot for $11.00) And above, that, one of them is red, and the red one is a Sylvania bulb, in a Philips box. I had initial discussions with someone about the red light before I learned the rest of this. The person I talked to said that the difference in wattage was industry acceptable. I have an Electrical contractors license in Sign & Lighting Service and repair, it is not industry acceptable. They then wanted me to pay to send the order back. I am contesting the charge with Amex and I would NOT recommend using this company under any circumstances. But that's my experience.

"I ordered 5000 Kelvin color and received 4000K. I ordered Black color housing and received Bronze.
The pivot screw was a very cheap Phillips head that was very difficult to loosen and tighten.
I replaced the screw at the hardware store with an Allen head screw. Now it can be adjusted for aiming.
Delivery was prompt. The spot light pattern was good as ordered.
The end result - the lighting job looks good, and the pastor is happy. The 4000K light blends ok with two other 5000K floods."

I'm sorry I didn't write down the gentleman's name because he was awesome. He walked me through each step making sure I got the perfect lights and all the needed equipment to complete my order. I ordered rope lights I really love seeing them on homes and businesses and I always wanted to have them to be honest with you they're very pricey outside. I've called and I spoke to David he told me exactly what to do how to install them what do I need exactly the pieces to cut and connect I've never received so much detailed on how to install my rope lights and place them on different areas of my trees on my business and my home I can't believe the price he gave me I did look around for prices but this is the lowest price.
