I have recently placed a purchased to this portal for coach bags. Their price is comparable when Coach having a discount in store. All the coach bags are all counterfeit one, poor made, not the same style as your ordered, poor packaging (all bags in a black plastic wrap) and shipped directly from China. There is no warning during placing the order that the items will be charged in Yuan (china currency) or the item will be shipped from China. So you have to pay the currency exchange fee as well. Customer service very slow responding u and never want to honor request for any return. Stay away from them."
