"Ordered a $1900 television that was clearly shown as being IN STOCK, got an email asking to confirm the order. Called in and Steven tried to bait and switch me into a "consumer" model, telling me the model I asked for was a "business" model. I told him it was fine and that I wanted the item I ordered and nothing else. He told me the order was confirmed.

A week and a half later I inquire about the order status and get told the TV is backordered and that Steven is having a hard time locating the model and again get pressured into a bait and switch for another TV that was $500 more.

As I write this review the TV is still showing as in stock

So I call the number and ask for Steve at extension 202...and that was exactly who answered. He then asked for my order number which was not on the email. I he then found it by name and asked which TV I wanted?...I said the one I ordered for $1411! he said there are 2 version ( I researched the crap out of the tv and there is only one model.) he said the residential model and the commercial model.the one I ordered is $1999...I asked whats the difference? He gave me some BS, I said send me the links for the 2 different "versions" he said he will just cancel my order and he did.
