"Overall I would say this is an outstanding company to buy from. I did have some problems but since they were so accommodating, responsive, friendly and understanding in solving them I can say "Yes I definitely recommend Clearxbox.com". I placed an order for 2 Xbox cases and 2 PStwo cases (buy 1 get 1 half off at the time). I have had no problems with the Xbox cases and I would highly recommend them but the PStwo cases have a pretty significant manufacturing defect so definitely buy those elsewhere if you can. The problem is with the hinge that the drive lid swings on. The plastic these cases are made of is extremely brittle and the slight amount of force that the spring puts on the lid when you press the 'OPEN' button is enough to snap the little hinge tab right off. If you were to take out the spring when you first install the case and were extra careful every time you opened the lid you might never have problems. But if you want a better made PStwo case look for them at eStarland.com, modchipman.com, consolesource.com or classicgamesource.com. Those stores don't carry the crystal clear cases but they are made well and you will not have problems with them. After the first PStwo case broke on me Clearxbox.com immediately send me a brand new one and I did not have to send back the broken one. The replacement case did the same thing in a matter of days and I contacted Clearxbox.com again to see if I could return both PStwo cases for a refund. The RMA form clearly states that S/H charges are non-refundable but another quick email solved that problem. They were very understanding and withing 2 business days after receiving the return I received a full refund including both the original and return shipping charges. I never waited more than 24 business hours for a reply to an email. This kind of service is fairly rare when it comes to online video game stores and for that they deserve an awesome rating."
