"Internet Scam for sure. Should have checked here first for more in-depth reviews. Did the on-line chat with an agent to confirm stock was available on the 2nd. Placed the order on the 3rd but their site would not properly allow for me to receive a confirmation despite accepting all of my card data. No responses to the on-line chat inquiry regarding the site problems despite the chat icon popping up to indicate they are on-line ready to provide support.
The question to ask for your bank phone# should have also been a tip for fraud. No internet security details. False address with no city and a second address in Alpharetta, Ga. The 800# has a different business name completely. The logo at the top of the screen looks false and super-imposed. When you print content from their site the logo and site name does not print.
I called my bank and cancelled the cards I used as an added precaution since this site had all indications of fraud. My bad for only doing partial diligence on them before entering m card data but the reviews here confirmed my suspicions. "Same situation as most reviews on here. Seems like the company is a scam. I received an email stating Circuits & Things was refunding my $ so I didn't think any thing of it. Almost a month later, no credit back to my bank. I think Circuits takes the chance that you'll forget about the order, like I almost did.
The good news is that any company that agrees to accept credit cards, has to issue refunds if the bank decides to investigate or they will lose their credit card merchant license.
I went to my Bank to today and explained my situation, submitted my complaint, and also showed them Your Reviews on this page. They decided to treat this as FRAUD and guaranteed I will have my $$ back. I urge every person screwed by this company to do the same.
Did anyone notice that Bigthingker15 is the only positive review on here? If you go to other sites where Circuits and Things is reviewed, there is only one positive review, and it's from Big Thinker15. Must own or work for the company.
The "chargeback" showed up in my account today 6-29. Got my $$ back! Bank forced of course.

Anyway it must suck to go to work for this company knowing that lies are going to be told to customers by the truckload every day. I guess sadly they can sleep well at night.
Anyway my story is that I purchased an item and that after some time of receiving emails of "confirmed" status I then get one that says "BACK-ORDERED". At that point I canceled the order in email correspondence in which I did get emails in return confirming that my canceling request would be honored and that a refund will be received in 7 - 10 business days. The strange thing is that these EMails were sent to me in the 3am or thereabouts EST USA - something shady to me right there. This is when the month long BS started of then going on live chat with whomever giving me the BS and asking me to wait another 10 days and after that again went to live chat today and without explanation as to why I didn't still get the refund asked me to wait another 10 days - well that was the last straw as I then called my Credit Card company and they're giving me a permanent refund of that purchase immediately while they'll go after this poor excuse of an mafia/basement business for the funds. I was too patient but even patience wears out to the best of us. I WILL NEVER EVEN ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS $%$^#$ EVER AGAIN AND WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW AND ASK THEM TO SPREAD THE WORD TO OTHERS SO THEY CAN AVOID THIS TYPE OF DECEPTIVE PRACTICES - sorry folks had to stress that. They immediately charged my credit card for $100 and I have yet to receive the product. I tried calling (you have to leave a message); when you call again, their mailbox is sometimes "full". "Like most of the reviewers here, I ordered a product and then simply never received it. They were able to charge my credit card almost instantly, but afterwards nothing happened. A week and a half later, I started trying to contact them. The live chat is the only method which works; they do not respond to e-mail sent through their contact form, nor do they answer their phones. Live chat ensured me that the order would be delivered by the end of the week, however it still did not come. Today, when it was promised to arrive, the live chat couldn't even tell me whether the order had shipped or not. I requested that the order be cancelled, and already put in a dispute with my credit card to recover my purchase price. I just ordered the same item from Amazon for only 10% more money and with total confidence that it will be on my doorstep early next week.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!! I ordered an item on May 24th 2011. It has yet to be shipped. The website just says confirmed. They did have telephone number to call for customer service. Nobody ever answered and everytime I left a message to call me I never received a phone call.
They do however have online customer service, but everytime I talk to someone on there, they give me the basic answer that the item takes 7 to 10 business days to send.
If I try to cancel the item, they state that it's in the delivery stage and cannot be canceled.
Now when I try to call customer service by phone, I get a message saying that the message box for this number is full and I get disconnected.
They go by digitalcadence.com too. Supposedly this is a subsidiary of Symiron LLC. The website has only been up since Mar 2011. I guess I should have checked on that. Do not buy from them.
It is now the 26th. I actually got a hold of Steve at this so called company. He stated that it would be shipping out the next day. Guess What? It has not. This company is one of those businesses that is run out of someone's house or a small office building. Go to their website and find the address and google it. I called my credit card company and the credit card company is crediting my card. Thank goodness.
Well as soon as I told circuits and things that the funds were being withdrawn, they sent the item. I don't know if it takes this long to send something or you have to light a fire under their butts. We will see what condition the item is in when it gets here.
