"Same as all of you...TERRIBLE! Got email that item was backordered. I contacted chat line and cancelled order..."You will get credit within a week" A month later nothing. Contacted chat and said that they have record of cancellation but account has not been credited ...I was told "you better call credit card company to dispute charge" can you believe it!"

lack of response and only apologizes from them.
not to buy with them again.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.I ordered a fan on 7/12/11 and as of this date I still have not received it. I contacted their virtual chat and they told me their were technical dificulties and by the end of the conversation they still could not tell me when it would be sent. They claim you will receive the product within 7 - 10 days but this is BS. They never intend on sending what you purchased and will continue to make up excuses why you have not received what you ordered in hopes that you forget about it. I do not feel confident that I will ever receive my fan and now I'm filing a chargeback with my bank."

"I purchased an item two weeks ago have not received the item purchased. After reading the reviews, I tried to contact the company via live chat and email with no success. The telephone number that appeared on my credit card with the charge is ***-***-**** which is an Alpharetta, GA listing for Ralph and Jane Altman. I called the number and got a recording stating that no one was available to take my call. I left a message, but don't expect a return call. My order was placed with a Digital Cadence, 12600 Deerfield Parkway, Suite 100, Alpharetta, GA 30004, however, the "Merchant Description" on my credit card was "Circuits & Things.""

"Placed order 7 days passed with no indication that anything was happening with my order. Then contacted support via chat. First session agent stopped responding and I left. 2nd session agent was so slow to respond window timed out after 10 minutes. So I finally cancelled my order. They say it takes 7 - 10 days to process order. That's just process it before they begin to ship. On the 10th day I cancelled and asked for a refund.

**UPDATED**
I contacted circuits and things to cancel. I was told my order was cancelled I even received an automated email advising me my order was cancelled, but I have yet to receive a refund 8 days later. Something tells me I'm not going to see a refund from this less then honest retailer. And judging by the reply to my real post. The less then perfect english used in the response from the person saying they had a good order with these people tells me they're also playing games with fake reviews, and putting up posts to counter real customer experiences. Avoid this business like the plague or you'll be extremely sorry.

You: that's not even including shipping time. I feel that is unacceptable after the number of comments about actually receiving products purchased through your site. I have already spoken with capital one and if you cannot expedite this order in good faith for me then I will have to file a claim with capital one.
You: without good reason as to why this would take as long as 7-10 days to simply process, my concern is that I will have to go through what many others said they have gone through with your company, not recieving my item and having a hard time recovering the charge for the item.
Anthony: You know what, you should have read our policy first before you placed an order.

If I could simply speak to a representative of the company on the phone I feel that I would feel much better about the tranaction.

In the future, you guys should really focus some efforts on quality assurance, customer service, and controlling the amount of negative feedback you have on your company.

"Horrible experience! I placed an order on 05/29/11. Finally cancelled the order on 06/20 after not having received any email updates, no product delivered, etc. Now after 3 weeks of not receiving my refund on my credit card, I finally had to contact my credit card company to get the charge reversed. I contacted them several times via chat (there are no phone numbers listed on their website) and was promised email updates, email notifications, email policies, email cancellation confirmations. I didn't receive a single email EVER. It's a good thing I printed out my order confirmation page, otherwise I would have nothing but a credit card charge with a different name on it to have proof of anything. I like to help out these smaller companies, but after an experience like this, I may be sticking to the tried and true internet sales giants in the future!

Later Posting: I did what another complain suggested, I filed with the Better Business Bureau. I filed it under Symiron LLC which is what my order confirmation stated. It also matched the address on my order confirmation as well.

Then requesting status again a few weeks later, I receive the following message "We apologize for the inconvenience. We are doing our very best to satisfy customers need.We have been a bit over whelmed with customer response to our new marketing campaign. We are improving on that issue.I can see that your purchase order is being confirmed already.I will put a rush on this and will ship shortly. "I ordered a product from cookerygadgets.com. The charge to my account came from circuitsnthings.com so they are the same company officially known as Symiron LLC. The product appeared to be in stock when I ordered it on 5/2/11 but I immediately received an email that it was out of stock. I waited a month but no change in status. So I sent an email to cancel my order and received a reply that my order status has been changed to cancelled an that my account would be credited. It wasn't, even after numerous attemtps at informing them about the problem. I have since filed a claim with my bank to get the money refunded. SCAM!"

"This is by far, the WORST company I have ever dealt with on the internet. It's like they are staffed with incompetent ninnies who can't read or write or understand English. They keep sending repeated emails that say the same thing, and they do NOT respond to emails sent to them. They delayed shipment over and over again. Even if you tell them you want to cancel the order, they send it to you anyway, and the only way to overcome that without paying return shipping is to refuse delivery like I did. You won't get a refund so you'll have to do a charge-back on your credit card. I wouldn't do business with these people again if they offered items at 10% or what they sell for elsewhere. There is only one word to describe this company: INCOMPETENT !!"

"Total scam. Same song and dance as everyone else. Immediate charge, no e-mail updates or indication of order status, then after an e-mail complaint, they state the order is "confirmed." WTF? You confirmed an order that's already 2 weeks old? After 30+ days and no product, I had to dispute the charge with Amex. Sadly, C&T will have had the use of your money until the buyer figures out they got taken."
