"I know this company does not monitor this, but I feel the need to let everyone know they are a joke... I placed a order on Aug 11, 2011. I paid for my order at the same time I placed it, they showed the item to be in stock. This was a discontinued item from Garmin, and I knew it was not in production anymore. It was a good price on item. After my payment went through, the item status changed to backordered.. I was sent an e-mail saying that it would be in stock and delivered by Oct.7. Mid October they couldn't give me a delivery date and cancelled my order. I've been waiting on my refund and still haven't gotten it and honestly at this point don't expect it. This company is a joke and I hope it goes bankrupt..."

The payment cleared my account, but I never received the item. When I checked the status online, the link no longer worked and the website was down. "I recently ordered a power supply from them and am having a most unpleasant situation. Circuitsnthings web page has no contact information. No ratings. I called the company that handled the online check and was told that Circuitsnthings will be cut off because of many complaints. Now Circuitsnthings.com is offline. Get error message. To be safe I stopped payment on the check and changed my bank account number. I wish I had done a search of Circuitsnthings before dealing with them. Which I highly recomment with any online company."
"I made an order from this place and a month later my credit card had been charged, but I still had not received what I had ordered. So, a month after making the order, I had a chat with their live "help". After getting my name and invoice number, I was given a canned response about how I should expect the product to arrive in 7-10 working days. Yeah, really. I was in no hurry when I made the order, but by now I was getting worried. After another few weeks and late one night when their live help function was not working, I found a "Cancel Order" form on their website, filled it out, and then sent it to them. The next day, when their live chat function was working, I asked them again about the status of my order. I rediscovered that they had no idea what my order status was. They were unaware that I had already cancelled my order, but agreed to do so at that time. I received four emails after that. The first stated that my order status had changed. The next said that I may have to wait as high as 15 days to get a refund, blaming it on the credit card company. Then I was told that their "Merchant Provider" would not release my "funds". And finally an email claiming once again that their "Merchant Provider" would not release my funds, and that I should try to get a charge-back from my CC company. I do now have this CC charge placed in dispute. The last email was sent over 6 weeks after I made the order. To add insult to injury, it was not long after their last email that somebody stole my credit card information and attempted to make a $1000.00+ purchase. I can't help but believe that the theft was related to them. I have two A-V programs and an antimalware program running on my machine. I could go on about safe surfing habits and so on, but let's just say that it's not likely that the information was stolen from me directly."

Over a month later, I receive an email saying my payment was on "hold" from my bank, so they canceled the order.
The truth is, THEY DO NOT HAVE INVENTORY! They list items they do not stock, including discontinued items, and attempt to sell them and make you wait until they can locate them.

Fortunately, I made it to my bank and blocked that debit card before these crooks charged it.

In all my years of doing online business, this is the first & worst experience I have ever had.
Thank goodness for this ResellerRatings.com website. Had it not been for the information I got here, I may not have been so attentive to my Email, etc. In the future, I will check back here before buying online again.
