"This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. I received a coat with two major tears and a blazer with a big ink spot. They asked me to wash the ink spot with soap/water & they'd give me a discount on future items! (Really ?!?!) Then, (like a previous customer) I was told to return the torn coat and they would pay for UP TO $15 of the shipping costs...to CHINA! It will cost me at least $35 to ship the items USPS! Stay as far away from this company as you can! What a racket! I am taking this to the next level!"
