"Bad key received. They ask that you contact them directly before disputing. Unfortunately they only seem to respond to reviews placed online and not the actual emails regarding problems. Will never purchase from again and would advise people to do the same. "

"I recently purchased Overwatch legendary edition on Switch, despite having a video on the description page clearly showing the game comes with 3 months Nintendo online (you can't actually buy the Switch edition of the game without this) - they aren't supplying the key to redeem this. Contacted support in regards to this and was simply told they don't supply it as part of the game, as this is a base aspect of the Switch legendary editon - they sold me an incomplete version of the game and have refused to supply me what is missing.

Not happy at all, and now to get my complete editon of the game I will have to pay extra - making my purchase cost more than if purchased elsewhere. After contacting support in regards to this, instead of sorting my issue out they adjusted the store page to remove the original video showing the 3 months online coming with the game, despite all Switch versions of the game coming with it - Luckily, I captured the old version of the page as I feel I will have to file a dispute on this order.

They are also censoring reviews on their site to boost the positive score on their sales, I've attempted to add a negative review on my game purchase 3 times and they haven't been added.

When things go right CDKeys offer great deals, when things go wrong they offer basically no support whatsoever. "

"Purchased 3x Xbox Gamepass codes from them but could only redeem 1 of 3. Turns out they are selling trial codes which are limited to 1 per account. This is misleading as they don't mention this anywhere on the product page.

CDKeys wouldn't reply to support requests whatsoever. After posting on Trustpilot, they've been in contact through the site and promised a partial refund.

It has been 2 weeks now since they claimed to have issued a partial refund. I have not received anything. So not only was their product page misleading, their "support staff" are straight up frauds. When all goes well they often have great prices but if you ever need support (and you will) they WILL scam you. It's actually quite clever.

So my advice..
