"I haves used CD keys for years now with no issues but unfortunately they have let me down this time.

I purchased an early access beta code for MW3 and redeemed it, unfortunately I did not get to play the early access beta I purchased as my battlenet was never updated.
After many emails back and forth (clearly showing they was not reading my emails correctly) they then explained that this did not work as I had to purchase this product before the early access was released, but they had this code for purchase on their website after the release date.

I have been scammed/sold a product that CDKeys knew would not work.

Due to this I will not be purchasing anything more from CD Keys and use other code companies.

"I ordered a Playstation Plus code from CDKeys. I received the code and immediately attempted to redeem it on the Playstation website. The Playstation site said, "This voucher code has already been used." The sold me a used code. They will not send a new code or issue a refund. It was purchased via PayPal. I would stay away from CDKeys.

Edit: Ten days after contacting support, CDkeys sent a new and valid Playstation Plus code."

"I recently purchased a game code and attempted to redeem it, but encountered an error indicating that it was invalid. Despite reaching out to support on multiple occasions, I received only a generic response and no concrete resolution to the issue. Even after making numerous attempts to redeem the code, there was no discernible effort made on their end to resolve the error. It was only after I initiated a refund request that the code suddenly showed up as being redeemed. However, I have yet to receive any update regarding either my refund request or my request to address the underlying issue with the game code. Overall, my experience with their support team has been quite frustrating and unprofessional."

"For 5 years, I used this company to renew my PlayStation Plus membership because they were cheaper than buying directly from PlayStation. They were always great until this year when they sold me a non-activated code, which was confirmed by Sony. When I contacted the company to ask for a refund or to activate the code, they refused to do either. They are located in Dubai, which makes them immune from US law, so it's risky to buy from them. CdKeys.com is a fraudulent keyshop. A product that was pre-ordered a long time ago is not delivered, although it is still offered in the store. CDkeys does not give a comprehensible reason for this. The paid purchase price is not refunded, but misappropriated! Attention!
The refund of the purchase price is denied! The order has been listed in my CDkeys account since the release of the game. The game is currently sold by cdkeys. A delivery will not take place. CDkeys refuses to refund the purchase price. I am supposed to take a voucher, but for what, because CDkeys does not deliver ordered goods!
Furthermore, CDkeys recently manipulated the order details in my account afterwards and removed the button to retrieve the key. I have saved screenshots as proof.
CDkeys refuses to state a responsible person and the place of jurisdiction, so I cannot file a criminal complaint for fraud and embezzlement at the moment.

"I've had many good experiences with CDKeys. They have rock bottom prices and quick customer support... as long as you are not due a refund.

They will respond quickly and give you tips on how to enter codes. Such as entering code for the base game first before expansions.

However, if you get a wrong region error, be prepared to file a dispute with your bank or PayPal.

I bought a copy of RE7 gold WW. It would not work in US with wrong region error. CDKeys asked for screenshots with the system time in each shot of my entire Steam Library, code being entered, and error returned. After providing said proof, they completely ignored the evidence and never even bothered to respond.

That left me with no choice but to file a case with PayPal, which was also somehow denied for "insufficient documentation". No further documentation was asked of me, and I had provided the same screenshots CDKeys had asked for clearly showing a wrong region error. Thankfully, when I called and spoke to a live rep at PayPal, they agreed that I had provided sufficient proof of my claim and refunded my $11.99. Thanks PayPal!!

Hardest $11.99 I ever worked for, but it was the principle of the matter I was fighting for...

So buy knowing it is a roll of the dice, and that you will have to file a dispute with PayPal to get a refund if things go awry."

"I've used these guys several times to purchase Steam keys and have always received them promptly. I did have to wait for several hours after I purchased a key as a guest when I forgot to log in, but still received the item."

Ordered a key for Dead by Daylight with some DLC add-ons, received a key that only unlocked the original game. 5 days so far and no help.

Customer service gave the 'your case is a priority' response 4 days ago and even their Twitter has said they've forwarded my info. I've had to put in a Paypal dispute which can take a whole month to resolve.

If you want a game for cheap and are willing to risk not being able to play it, or having to spend time chasing them if things go wrong then go for it but for the sake of a few quid, after my experience I am steering clear of them."

"I purchased a 12 month subscription form them, they provided a 3 month for that price and refused to refund or correct the problem, so I paid less if it was a 12 month but effectively paid a lot for a 3 month. CD Keys were dismissive and told me to go to Microsoft and sort it out with them - this is not the legal position, I bought from them and therefore my contract is tiwh them unde UK trading standards and distance selling. How surprising that it turned out they trade from offshore and you cant use any official body to look into these potentially fraudulent practises.

If you are happy to lose money and have them refuse to sort out an issue with impunity, buy from them, otherwise find a reputable site"
