Did what they said they would....

"I didn't want to spend $40 - $80 on a case for my Motorola Z Play.... because I'm cheap....but I needed a case.
Found one thru Caseswill for $3.98...no shipping for STD. order.
They said it would arrive by Jan. 17...and it arrived on Jan 17. (2 weeks)

The case fit the phone, the buttons are aligned correctly, the camera and accessory ports are unobstructed and the charging port is open.

Nothing fancy....cheap....and will protect the phone better than not having one.

Works for me....

"Do not order from this company. Goods were no good so I paid to send back to China in October and despite several emails still waiting for a credit."

"WARNING ! This company sucks. I ordered a case from them over 2 weeks ago and still don't have it. It was supposed to be sent air mail. A child in a row boat could have gotten it to me faster than these clowns. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY."

"I ordered a case on 01/08/2014 and have not received it as of 01/17/14. The tracking number has shown that is "processed through sort facility in SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA" since 01/10/14 ?????

"I bought a music cube on www.caseswill.com a while ago.
Upon receiving it, I moticed there were a few major problems:

1. The display of the music cube was scratched all over, as if someone had used it bofore for a long time.

2. I already came with time and date installed - therefore someone must have used it before.

3. The speaker is not working: whether I had the unit find the FM stations or used line-in, it does NOT play music.

I contacted the company via email and even spoke with one of their representatives on their chat and never heard from them.
They never contacted me back so I can have the item replaced, exchanged or so I can get refunded.

I expect that when I do business online, I find good quality products and, most of all, good customer service. This company has no customer service, they don't even bother replying to your emails. Terrible.
