"If I could give negative stars, I would!! This company sent me a case that does not fit my phone. Even though I was very specific in what model my phone was. I have requested over five times for a return label. I want a refund for the expensive case that I cannot use. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. It is doubtful I will ever get a refund!!!!! The customer service ****!!!!"
"DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I ordered a case with a screen protector more than 2 weeks ago. I was given a tracking number that turned out to be bogus. I will be contacting the BBB about this situation as I have had to unfortunately do in the past with others. This website I repeat is a SCAM and they will take you for your money.

"Bought the S21 case. This case does NOT let you use the built-in fingerprint function of the S21. Company KNOWS about this issue and doesn't put it on their site for customers to see. I complained to customer service. They take DAYS to respond and the best they offered was another case with a hole cut in the screen protector - kind of defeats the purpose and lets stuff get under the screen protector and on the screen. Asked for return authorization number to ship back to China and never heard from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY RIP YOU OFF AND DON'T CARE!!!!"

"Ordered a case for Samsung Tablet A7. Started tracking and after a week still sowed in China. Sent email and they actually went and updated tracking to say it was in in my country. No airport name and till today it still says “arriving”. 10 days have passed and nothing here. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are scam artists. "
"Ordered a case for a samsung s20 & one for a iPhone 11, plus a "real tempered glass" screen cover for both. The iphone case was total crap & the "glass" cover was cheap thin piece of plastic. The plastic for the samsung arrived broken! The case for my samsung s20 was not even in the box! The shipment tracking says they were both delivered though. The only recourse is a email address somewhere in China. I thought since it said 5-7 day shipping it had to be in the states, but no...it took almost 2 wks for the shipping. When you hit the track package in the email is when you see it is a wish affiliated crap.

"I ordered a case for my Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW Verizon phone, which was hard to find anywhere even from Verizon. After a week or so the case still hadn't even been picked up by the shipping company, which I could see from the tracking # they gave me. I found another case on Verizon's site so I got that one, because I needed a case and kind of gave up on the other one. I did not call or e-mail them and ask, because it was, after all only like $16. I just counted it as a loss. Finally, the case showed up a few days ago after about 5 weeks. It came with a nice screen protector, but the cutouts for the side buttons do not match up, even though the case fits otherwise. The only reason I ordered from this company was because I couldn't really find a case anywhere else, but I won't order from them again."

"I never received the product I ordered. I emailed them. The shipping info says not deliverable as address but it was delivered to Monroe Township, NJ. I live in Fredericksburg, VA. After emailing them several times, they requested I contact USPS and UPS when it is clearly not a UPS label. I asked for a refund, but they bypassed that request by requesting I contact FedEx. Ugh. These people are scammers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!"
