Suspicious Package

"I just got an email from UPS saying I have a package coming but I never ordered anything. It says from Candy.com and I have never in my life ordered candy online, let alone from some sketchy website. This site seems to be a scam. Beware. "

"Terrible experience. Candy.com didn't tell me my order was out of stock until 12 days after I ordered!!! I was 25 # short on candy two days before my daughter's event!
It was impossible to speak to a living person. The phones constantly went to voice mail. Not that they could do anything but my refund was incorrectly calculated.
I am waiting....
Buy beware! I would not use this site!

"Awful. Getting responses is near impossible other than them taking your money. Almost everything I ordered was on back order and no one seems to know anything about anything. Email.. vague "we don't knows", call..."customer service not available leave a message"- who does that?. Chat.. yes I got someone who said they would cancel but would not send confirmation via email. No idea how they stay in business"

"We placed an order and paid extra for faster shipping. Never got the order, and never heard a word from Candy.com. We had to aggressively pursue them in order to find out that they were out of stock and were never going to send the candy. They now say, "we were going to contact you..."

We'll never do business with Candy.com again.

"horrible service - Do not ever order from Candy.com! They suck! They take your money, never update your order info and then you find out it is back ordered on the day you are supposed to receive the order........and meanwhile they STILL have your money. Then when you ask for a refund, it will take 2-3 business days. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Candy.com has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen online. My order was delivered on a 90 degree day without an ice pack. For some reason Candy.com charges its customers $2.95 for an ice pack even though it should be included free of charge do to its a requirement when shipping candy in the summer! Even after I paid for the ice pack it was not included in this shipment and our candy for our wedding was one big blob! Customer service called me and said they required pictures before sending a replacement. I sent pictures of the blob of candy and got 0 response. I then followed up another 2 times and once again no response. Would not recommend candy.com to anyone!"
