It is located in mainland China and offers ridiculous low prices- a 2400 dollar Canon lens for 220 dollars and it states on the website that it takes all major credit cards and Paypal, but when you place an order they only take a western union cash wire, which of course has no recourse for scams. A guaranteed way to lose your money. Stay away."
