"I bought a pair of camera sunglasses from camera2000.com, reasonably priced at about £35. They're based in Hong Kong so the estimated delivery was 3-4 weeks. After a month I contacted them to enquire where my product was, they said it had been returned with 'reasons unknown'! They didn't inform me of the delivery failure. I requested that the item be resent, at their cost, with special delivery (1 week), but they refused, resending via the same method. Two months later my product eventually arrived but not before paying an extra £11 customs fee! I wasn't warned about this. The product looked good and seemed to work ok, saving small video files on the Micro SD card. I started using it for cycling and after a few journeys tried to download the videos only to find the card was full of what looked like files and folders all with chinese characters, all unreadable. Just thought buyers should be aware of all this before buying."
