I ordered & paid for a canon NB-4L ixus 40 battery on Dec 07 on the http://camcorder-batteries.info site and it has not arrived after 27 days. Their stated shipping time is 3-5 days and they have not responded to my multiple e-mail/web site queries. Others on the www.dpreview.com forums have had similarly poor results.
Please don't deal with these crooks.
My bank is now investigating. This bogus company are listed as an information retrieval service, not a hardware seller.
