"guys, please do not buy item in there why? here are the reasons. you probably consider to buy because cosmetically apple product alike, and cheaper. but the products that I bought (shuffle alike) it not working at all, so you have to send email to unprofessional customer service to get RMA, then from you pocket, you need to pay for shipping. and it took me nearly 2 weeks just they figure out they receive the item, (of course) they not going to say we have your, you have to chat with them see if they have.
anyway biggest part of this nightmare is they kept ignore my emails, why? i dun't know but I have not got refund money yet.!!! I please all of you reading this do not buy from them, besides I ended up buying apple refurbished shuffle from apple. (the real one) "
