"Had a problem with Merchandise. Could not find vendor's number on website but did email vendor twice. No response so I stopped payment thru Amex. I received 7 unprofessional and quite frankly, nastly emails from vendor advising that they never received my emails and can't I read, return items to manufacturer. Next email threatened to file suit against me. Next email threatened to call police as I had project. It just never stopped. I have never in my life dealt with a vendor that was so rude and unprofessional"
