No tracking number ever provided even after 10+ emails asking for one. Then on the 17th (its now 23 days after purchase) they try to refund me less than I actually paid! "I am absolutely disgusted with the website/company. I ordered 7 black netbboks for about $550. When they arrived 6 of them were silver and they were running 3 different version os the operating system. My client promptly cancelled their order and it was agreed that if I returned the netbooks I would receive a refund. I spend an additional $70 sending them back and 3 months later after countless emails and empty promises I still have not received my refund. I have a tracking number if anyone wants to check whether or not the items were returned and I am glad to give that out.
I would never, ever buy from these sharks again and I hope people are reading this before they buy because if you have a problem, even through they admit it is their error, you can forget about getting a cent back.
