"Worst company I ever ordered from. Paid S/H of $19.95 and after 10 days they had not even processed the order. 7 phone calls later I could not even cancel my order. DO NOT ORDER from them. Go to Dremel.com directly. I finally spoke to someone "in charge" and was told it was not their fault that they could not find or process any orders, and I do mean any orders placed on their website? He final said he would upgrade my order to 4 - 7 day shipping, I thought thats what the 20 bucks was for. I asked if when it was going to be shipped and he said a few days. I will wait and see if I ever get it. Do not believe the TV ads this company has no delievery system."
