Worst company it’s been 15 days

"This is by far the worst company to deal with save your time go elsewhere ordered a part 15 days ago and still have not received confirmation about shipping. Emailed this company with no reply or call back. I would have went to the dealer and got this part If I knew They were this incompetent to do there jobs and keep the customer waiting with no reply. Don’t order or do business with them if they keep this up they won’t be in business much longer "

Selling parts that they do not have in stock

"They accepted my payment, kept for a few days, then said they did not have the part. Just because they advertise the part on their website doesn't mean they can actually get it to you. In fact I wouldn't trust this seller again at all. They want up to 5 days to process a refund on an order they had no business taking the money for!"

"I placed a small order ($33.43) for parts from “buy-oem-parts.com” because the prices were competitive. However, after ordering the parts I received a notice advising that the shipping and handling was double due to the size of one item, and asking me to confirm or cancel. I answered for them to ‘proceed with the order’, but to explain the specific cause of the increase, since that should have been calculated at the time I placed order. After several attempts to understand via messages, my order was unexpectedly cancelled. I then telephoned them to sort out the problem and dealt with a less than courteous P..., who was very indifferent and unprofessional. In fact, his comment was that they couldn't be bothered with customers who place such 'small orders’ asking questions. I finally got P... to re-establish the order, but ONLY after (get this…) I humbly apologized for inquiring about the increase and misunderstanding the notice. So much for customer satisfaction! The order, which, according to the Fed-Ex label, only weighed 1 pound and now cost me $18.85 to ship, was not shipped for 7 days, an when it arrived on a Saturday, contained one item that was too small. I called during office hours about that item twice the following Tuesday, but of course "no answer". I left P... a voice mail with my name and number, but so far no answer. Of course, "IF" he calls, he'll probably want to blame me for the error, want to charge me their 40% restocking fee, plus the shipping, even though I followed the website's protocol on verifying the part. Doesn't sound like I'll get any real "customer service" from this company. TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS!"

"I was scared to deal with a company that I never head of, I checked the reviews here and there where none. I ordered a part for my car. it cost $123.03 after shipping and taxes. At the local dealer it was $171.16 before taxes. I received the part in 2 days. perfect. If I have a need for a Cadillac part again this will be the first place I will go to. I will send my friends here also.

I had another order this week and they sent the wrong part, emailed them about the part. they took full irresponsibility for error and exchanged part with no problem. I am still very happy using these guys and will again if the need arrives.

"This is my third order from this website/dealer. Maybe because I live in the west, the prices from this dealership (which is in New Jersey) are lower than any dealership around where I live. They are a GM car dealership, so they have the correct parts for my 1997 Z71 Pickup and 2003 Trailblazer and with good prices. I have not only ordered three times from them, but I have also asked questions in which they were able to answer. I find them to be a great resource for parts and questions. Thanks."
