"I'm in Australia and purchased a Nolan N70-2 helmet and N-Com. N-Com failed after 3 days, completely went dead. Requested a replacement, was told I had to send back helmet and N-Com at my expense A$100 plus then may the return postage A$100, effectively same price as a replacement N-Com. Helmet was fine. If something goes wrong, you are effectively left stranded. As my wife always says "we are too poor to but cheap". Lesson learned again. Pay the little bit extra and buy locally."

"I ordered and paid for 2 AGV helmet last Sep 5, 2019. Their online system confirmed the availability and it was scheduled for shipment on Sep 16 and it will be delivered to me on Sep 18. I sent email ahead to double check my order but just received an email to "check the scheduled shipment" and contact them afterward and contact them if there is a problem.

I sent email in Sep 17 following up for the tracking number. A customer service representative replied and she said that it will take 48 hours to check my concern. I made another follow-up and i was told that they will refund my payment since the items are no longer available. VERY BAD. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I hope that the refund will not take longer and it will be refunded immediately.

This will serve as warning for those who wants to buy from BURNOUT ITALY. Make sure to monitor your purchase or you will end up just like what I experienced.

I saved hundreds of dollars by buying through here. I also ordered with a buddy so our package was about 5 ft tall. Everything had the official Alpinestar stickers and manuals. Shipping took about a month since I live in the states. If you buy 2 piece suits instead of full piece shipping will be cheaper.

"I wish I could give negative stars. From what I see, if your order is correct and ships on time, you might be happy. Don't believe their refund policy, I've been fighting for 5 months to get my refund for a shipment I cancelled before it even left their warehouse. They didn't have the right size and ignored my request to cancel. Never wanted to refund my money. It's a crapshoot. If you try to change or return something, you're screwed."

"Service and communication are unacceptably bad. As a warning for the future customers: I purchased 2 Nolan helmets of different colors and sizes and twin pack of intercoms for them total worth of 675€. As a result in 8 days I was notified that I have an option either to wait 15 more days for order to be re-stocked or get a refund. I requested a refund and in 2 more days instead of getting all my money back was told that part of the order has shipped and only part will be refunded. In neither of communications it was clear that they are not able to deliver particular item only."
