I ordered a Kodak EasyShare Z1285 Digital-Camera and an SD memory card. They shipped the memory card and the camera was never shipped and the money has not been refunded yet, almost two months since I originally placed the order.

Whenever I visited their order status page it alwyas said the balance of the order shipped between 10 minutes and two hours before my visit to their website.

They never answer their phone or respond to emails and to make things even more fun they've figured out that by making partial shipment they can provide a tracking number to PayPal who will simply close the case and ask people to re-file the claim as a "not as described" claim which they do not investigate except for eBay orders. This means that PayPal will not refund your money either. So much for PayPal security!

"I purchased a new printer for $41.61 with shipping included in March using PayPal, which was the Lexmark X4270. I tried to cancel it while the funds were on hold, and it was reported cancelled, but it shipped anyway.

There seems to be difficulties with communication as the vendor relies on drop ship procedures. Anway, as soon as I got it I forwarded to my sister for $15, using USPS Parcel Post.

Because of the confusion, they seemed to have awarded me extra points, which I plan to use now, and amount to a $12.08 discount. I plan to get the Olympus WS-311M DIGITAL VOICE recoder, which is about $6 less than Amazon, with Free shipping, and without the TAX I would encounter from Amazon, as I live in WA State."

It has been more than three weeks since I placed my order and I have received no communication whatsoever after the initial order confirmation. No reason was given, just an email stating that the status of my order was changed to cancelled!
