They do not honor their return policy!

"I was attending a Bible Study that provided a study guide and wanted to get the book that went along with it. I accidentally order the study guide instead because the book order never stated it was a study guide. The packing slip that came with the order specifically states: "BOOKSAMILLION.COM guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns within 30 days of order receipt. To ensure that your returned merchandise is credited properly you must first contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number and package label." I contacted Customer Service via e-mail as i was also instructed to do and they responded that it was a non-refundable item. I responded back as to where that was stipulated as I had checked my order confirmation and had the packing slip that stated the complete opposite. CS responded that it was on my confirmation e-mail and on the packing slip. I then forwarded a copy of both to CS and told them to show me where it stated that and how the "Return Policy" did not apply. They replied that it was an error on their part but still refused to do a return and refund. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM BOOKS-A-MILLION AGAIN and suggest no one else does either. They do not stand behind the return policy and apparently do whatever is the easiest for themselves. "
