"I ordered two bobble-heads for my husband and son for Christmas on Nov. 10th. Here I sit on Dec. 23rd with no bobble heads and no response from my emails and phone messages to them. They did take the time to immediately take my money. Extremely poor customer service.
Order arrived on 12/24 and looked nothing like the clay model proof that I approved. It looked nice but looked nothing like the person who I bought it for. I emailed them and their response was that there was nothing they could do to remedy this."

I was reading over the negative review left on this site and the person wrote how it was so hard to find the policies about refunds etc. I am confused because to check out of the order I had to agree to the policies on the order form direct which tells me they are upset and trying to bad mouth this company but I received a great looking doll faster than expected. The company advertises personal bobbleheads made from photographs that are sent in. Website includes numerous examples and positive evaluations from customers. While the site address is listed in Florida - the bobbleheads are apparently produced in China.

At the beginning of August I ordered four bobble heads consisting of a seated couple and two children. I attached photographs of the individuals that I wished represented by the bobbleheads and paid $487.61.

A couple of weeks later I received emails showing "proofs" of the items and gave approval. On August 21, 2014 I received a fedex package from China with the produced bobbleheads. One was broken, and all bobbleheads were very poorly made, with glue or silicone used to attach the heads to the bodies, stiff springs that did not allow the heads to "bobble". I immediately contacted webobble.com via email with detailed description of the defects attaching close up photographs. I received no response. Two days later I sent another email which resulted in no response. I sent a final email detailing my dissatisfaction a week later. As of the writing of this review, I have received no response from the vendor.

If you go to the vendors website, buried in that site is their policy regarding refunds and returns. Unfortunately it is a case of Caveat Emptor in my case. I failed to read the entire site and was swayed by the prominent accolades from satisfied customers. The policy is no returns or refunds.

I'll be pursuing other remedies"
