"I had to upgrade my BlueIris software when I upgraded my PC to Windows 10. What a mistake. The new software cannot connect to any of my cameras. I search the web for any solutions but could not find any. So, I Emailed BlueIris tech support twice over the period of a week for help. They would not even have the courtesy to respond. I guess I will have to go to AM EX and get my money back."
