"Biydress should be avoided at all cost. My daughter found her dream dress on the site. She asked for pictures of the dress they said they didn't have one but it would look just like the picture. They have their own factory that makes beautiful dresses and hers would be just that.... Of course in broken English. As the other person said the dress came in a 10x14bag no dress should fit into such a bag. When we tried it on the zipper immediately broke. The dress was nothing like the original. No beading, brown thread flowers, where the original has no brown in it. The beaded belt was ugly to say the least with missing beads. When the company was contacted basically the response was sorry about your luck. No return of the dress so you are out your money. Even though they do have a return process to go through the final answer is no return. Stay away, even a similar knockoff would have been better than this dress. Even the best seamstress can fix this dress."
"DO NOT buy a dress from this site. I found the wedding dress I had fallen in love with at a bridal shop on this website for a much more reasonable price and am more than disappointed, I'm angry, frustrated and extremely inconvenience. I ordered a beautiful mori lee dress by Madeline Gardner with a full skirt and the dress they sent arrived in a 12x14 inch plastic envelope! The dress I order would have never no matter what fit in a 12x14 inch envelope! Once it was out I knew instantly it wasn't the same dress. The "lace" was a stretchy mesh material that they embroidered flowers onto to look like lace. The beaded that was suppose to be on the dress was spars and included cheap sequins, plastic beads painted like pearls and looked like the paint would fall off before the wedding, the gems were cheap cheap cheap oversized rhinestone stitched on. It looks extremely tacky. I tried it on hoping it'd make a difference but it didn't, trying the dress on just made it even worse. It looked HORRIBLE, it's not even something a great seamstress could fix. When I started emailing them asking where my dress was (it was 2 weeks late) they did keep in touch and guaranteed me that I would be very pleased with the dress and they had a lot of orders so that's why it was taking longer. I couldn't be more disappointed, for the same of time, money, and happiness, DO NOT order from this website!"
