"STAY AWAY! At first look, the site looked real and authentic enough for me to place an order for Milano Nubuek Cocoa sandles. Expecting there will be an e-mail confirmation of the order I unfortunately did not print out the order page, something I'd come to regret. Anyway, no order confirmation e-mail arrived!

Not known to me at the time of ordering, the company is in China. Not a problem by itself, but the limited communication that took place was poor and it took them very long time - 6 weeks to send the product. And, of course - it was not the right product. It was a much cheaper Birko-flor Brown Milano (instead of Nubueck Cocoa). All e-mails to the merchant were ignored (no answer); looked at the site again - it turns out a lot of the product numbers and descriptions were simply wrong (Birkenstock does not make the product in the colors offered).

Was confronted with the choice of trying to dispute through the credit card company, but since I did not have the printout of what I ordered - felt that this would be futile and waste a lot of energy. So, just dealing with it as an experience. Writing this review to reduce the chances that others fall under the same trap.
