"I ordered 3 Boxed Retail Athlon XP 2000 CPUs. When I finally got my order 10 days later, they were OEM Athlon XP 2200s in OEM packageing with small seperate Foxcon CPU Coolers. These coolers were so small that I wouldn't even put them in a computer. If you order from this company, don't expect to get what you pay for, because they will throw whatever they have at you."

After a minor mishap with ordering (Visa's Fault) I received my monitor in perfect working order. I sent several emails to Belka which were quickly and courteously answered. I would deal with this seller again.

"I placed my order for a motherboard on a Tuesday evening on the web. I paid over $27 for 2nd day delivery (I just couldn't pull myself to pay $48 for overnight delivery on a $57 item that only had a shipping weight of about a pound or two). I needed this motherboard as quickly as possible so I placed a call to them on Wednesday morning (as soon as they opened) to verify it would go out that day and that I would get it on Friday. The 'lady' assured me I would. Well I didn't. It was Monday evening before I got it. 1 day short of a week. I emailed them asking for a partial refund of the shipping charges and of course didn't get a reply. All this obviously puts this reseller it the same category as toilet water as far as I'm concerned."

Called and promptly received an RMA. Returned bad board and received a new board in just a few days. No hassles at all!!! "
"This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. First I did recieve confirmation of my order but no tracking number. I was having it two-day aired and it didn't show up in 3days and they give me the run around about how they were back ordered on the MB's and then the next day when I call and check they are backordered on the RAM. So, I canceled my order and took my business someplace else. Dont waste your time with these guys. its definatly not worth it."
