"I rec'd my Prestige Cosmetics Liquid Glitter Precision Eyeliner (Luna) today (ordered through Amazon.com) and the product was anything but liquid....it was dry as the Sahara desert!!
I'm sending it back to get a "liquid" eyeliner, if another "dry" eyeliner is rec'd, I will never order any products from Beauty Encounter, Inc. again.....they need to check their inventory shelf life for their products!"
