"Terrible. Made an order. 3 weeks later the product still hasn't shipped. Their order tracking just says "Order Status: Processing ( NOTE: This order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing. Therefore this order is no longer editable. )."

Tried emailing them three times, no response. They do not have a phone number listed either.
