"Results are good but the website doesn't handle discount codes or gift tokens at all well; this time my code vanished as I was typing the order and I had to email and ask about it. They very promptly sorted it but why not improve the website so this is user-friendly? And why not say "Gift Code" or Discount code" on every token so it is actually clear where to enter it? Or just have one box for entering either?"
