"I placed an order 2 weeks ago. They charged my account and removed the money. Then they cancelled items in my order. Changed the billing amount without refunding me for the items THEY cancelled. The order was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. It has never been scanned into any system. Literally only says “label printed”. I haven’t been refunded for the 2 cancelled items. I have no products being shipped to me- yet the money is already taken from my account. Their policy is to issue a store gift card as a refund. So basically this is a scam to take your cash and force you to indirectly purchase their gift cards. Which I am sure won’t even happen until after the holidays. Happy fkg holidays!"

"I ordered some products online on 3/8/19 I had a delivery date of 3/15/19. And when I tracked the order it stated it is at an USPS facility in Texas. Here it is March 21 I have not received my order never again."
"I ordered a package since 1/28/2019 their tracking said I was suppose to receive it on from 2/4-2/5, then on 2/2/2019 it states that the package had been delivered. It was not delivered either the delivery personal stole it or it was never sent to my house. No one in my house has seen the package. I emailed customer service and they took down my information and said they sent me a replacement package. Let's see if I receive this one."

Good news, they seem to have worked out the issues, although I also think that the delays were in relation to the holiday season. Point being, I ordered my stuff Friday and I received in the mail Monday afternoon. Don’t let the bad reviews stop me from ordering from this place, customer service was very nice as well. I’m sorry for the people that had bad experiences but don’t worry, it seems like they’ve cleared up the issue is.
