"Beware! The absolute worst service I've experienced on the net to date.

I ordered a brand new Sector 600 Dive watch from these guys. It was shipped in a USPS Priority Mail shipping BAG. The carton was damaged but the watch was ok. When I took out the watch I found it was not working. It's possible that it was a dead battery but, since it's a dive watch, it has to be sent back to the manufacturer for battery replacement. That's pretty costly and it's not something I was looking forward to doing with a brand new watch with the tags still on it.

I sent them mulitple e-mails and called several times without a single response. I tried to get a physical address where I could return the watch for a refund but they again, never responded. I filed a dispute wiht PayPal and yet again, no response.

My suggestion would be to stay away.
