"This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you are unsure of your exact fit, do not buy from this company. Returns are a NIGHTMARE. Nobody answers their customer support number and good luck getting them to respond via email! I was supposed to get a voucher (free returns?? NOPE). They've gotten their product back, kept my money, and zero communication. I've sat on hold for a total of an hour and a half only to finally be sent to voicemail. Did anyone ever call me back? NOPE."
