"I paid for this item, it was charged to my credit card but I never received the item. bNotions' phone is disconnected and they don't return e-mails."
"This was my first and last experience with bNotions. On 6/17/08 I placed an order, the item was indicated to be in stock and shipped in 24-72 hours. I received a confirmation email and expected to see a shipping notification by the end of day 6/20/08. As of 6/24/08 I had not received any indication the item had shipped. I call numerous times on 6/24/08, the phone was not answered a single time, in addition I left 2 voicemails and sent 1 email. I indicated that since they had not billed my credit card and the item had not shipped to please cancel my order and they no longer had my authority to bill my credit card. On 6/27/08 I received a shipping notice from them, they billed my credit card anyway and mailed the item. I sent them another email indicating the order was to be canceled at that time. To date 6/30/08, I have not heard from bNotions and I still have not received the item that I indicated was to not be shipped.
bNotions is the most fraudulent and poorest internet retailer I have ever dealt with.

"They say on there description that it has a 5 year warrenty but when i got this item the box states it has a 2 year warrenty so 60% of the warrenty at 100% of the price false advertisment and now no phone calls back from them "
"Ordered GPS from them at a good price. Due to high demand from recent articles in the press, demand got higher so seller decided to renege on deal after two days of waiting and not responding to emails. Stay away from them. I should have known as they did not have any feedback from this site."
