"SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered a iPod Nano Watch band and they charged my AMX card right away and claimed it was shipped Sep.6th, 2013. It is now November 2nd and no product. I got 1 return email from them (after trying more than 3 times)saying to track in on 2 tracking services, one of them the USPS. Neither of the tracking numbers are real. The whole deal is bogus I am calling AMX now to refund my $$ and go after them.
The Chinese think they can get away with this but the word is out about their BUSINESS ETHICS. SCAM SCAM SCAM"
"I purchased an expensive IPod Nano watch strap and received a cheep alternative! I tryed to send the product back and get a refund but they will not give me any money back. Initially it was very hard to get in contact with them. Found the email address ****@****. They blamed their Paypall account being frozen, months on I am still waiting."
"I purchased a BlackBerry replacement screen, (which also took ages to be delivered from China) which failed after a few months. The site claims to offer a 12 month warranty, however it has been impossible, despite many emails, to get them to replace the screen or offer a refund, with all but one email going unanswered. The one answered claimed they has forwarded my complaint to the person who could resolve my problem, but then silence again, and despite many emails nothing back!!

"I ordered a product for $14.99 and received the completely wrong item that was priced at $11.99. This company is unreliable. I have attempted to contact customer service/sales about my issue through various emails provided on the website. All email addresses have failed. I have not been able to speak with anyone regarding my issue and I still have yet to receive the correct product I ordered or receive a refund for my purchase. This company is horrible. Avoid at all costs. It also took almost a month to even receive my order in the first place. "
"Website says "fast shipping to US", payment confirmation email said to expect my item in 10-15 business days, and that the item would be mailed out in 2-3 days. I was waiting on a new screen for my phone, so that was too long to wait. I ordered a screen from a different website and canceled my order with Atechport. I was informed that the item had already shipped, but that they would pay return shipping. Three weeks later, my item had still not arrived. I asked for a tracking number, which they supplied, that indicated my order had shipped out three days after I cancelled my order. All subsequent communication has been ceased. Avoid this company!!"
