"SCAM!!! Paid for midnight delivery, but reached the day after. I tried calling them around 12:15 am to check on the status....no one picks up the phone. On their webiste they write they are available 24/7! Called them in the morning and I am told that they will check with the vendor!? They say they will send a smal greeting card....but all my mom got was a print out with my wishes on it.
The website is a total sham and so is their bussiness! They are not even based in Mumbai...my credit card bill shows ahmedabadflowers.com and they probably are based in Ahmedabad, since a few times I was calling heir number I got a typical phone company message that line is not working in Gujarati!!
They told me that they will refund the charge for the midnight delivery...stil waiting for it after 4 days. "
