"I wish that I had read the previous review before deciding to order anything from these idiots. Placed order 1 week ago. Got one email indicating that the order was received. Nothing else since. No charge to my CC, nothing shipped or being prepared to ship, no indication that there is a problem...NOTHING. Emailed them. NOTHING. Called and left a voice message. NOTHING. They suck big time and I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them. If I don't get some kind of response by Monday, I'm cancelling an order that I question even exists."

"Poor service & communication. There was no indication of stock status on their site or in the order confirmation they emailed me. Their email had no link or directions for tracking order progress. 3 weeks later I emailed asking when item would arrive. No response. I poked around their website until I found a way to track the order status; only then did I discover that the order was canceled due to lack of stock. I never did get any response to my email."
