"I’ve purchased rods from this company for years. Overall, the product was decent and the telescoping rods were great to leave in the car for a quick trip. I decided to treat myself and bought two rods at $180 each. After spending $360, the nightmares started. Both rods came with broken tips and they said they’d send two new tips and I can just glue them on or else I can send them back for a refund. I sent them back because they were brand new and I didn’t feel I should have to Mickey Mouse new tips on them that weren’t factory original equipment. When they received the package, they told PayPal I had shipped empty boxes and I won’t be getting a refund. I had all the original shipping information with the shipping manifest and also the shipping company provided me with surveillance footage of them packing the rods. These were expensive rods and the packaging was ten times better than when they shipped them to me. PayPal refunded my purchase and allfishingbuy is full of lies and scam artists. I will never purchase from here again and neither will my friends, who have also purchased from them. I’m very disappointed, especially after buying several rods from them over the years. Great way to give customer service and lose a client for life! "
