"Worst company ever...Ordered a battery on November 16th, 2018 and here it is December 7th, 2018 and still don't have it. All I get from customer service is please be patient. What the heck!!!!
Supposedly it is suppose to take 5-10 days. I figured oh the company is in North Carolina no problem on delivery. Must have come from the boondocks way, way down in the boondocks.
I would never in a million years recommend batteryadapter.com or laptoppartsstore.com ..apparently they are one in the same. who knows how many other websites are part of this company."
