"This is the worst company to deal with bad customer service. They don't return emails and your emails are shuffled between email accounts and they still don't answer your emails. I have tried calling them only to be told we'll call you back and no one returns the call. You can't place an order via the phone everything has to be done on the web which I don't understand since there web site sucks. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My order was placed on 2/20/2012 and my confirmation states all order will be shipped within 10 days well it's now 3/15/2012 and no shipment or contact from Active Wire Inc. regarding delivery status..."
