I ordered a $2500 document folding machine based on the salesman's claim that it was in stock, would ship the next day and be delivered in 3 or 4 days via truck. The tracking number they provided did not work, so I contacted my salesman. He said he would get back to me with the tracking number. He did not. Six days later, I contacted him again asking about my order status. He said there had been a delay and he would get me that tracking number. He did not. Finally, 7 days after placing my order, I talked to someone else in the company and they were able to give me the tracking number. Turns out, my item HAD JUST SHIPPED - 7 DAYS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER. This company guarantees that if your order does not ship within 48 hours (or you're not notified of a delay within 48 hours) that shipping will be free. I was notified of the delay 6 days after ordering, and my item shipped 7 days after ordering, but the company is unwilling to refund my shipping charges of $185.13! WHAT A CROCK! "
