"I had Jack and his crew take down 7 trees in my yard. At first everything was on the professional side until they started asking for money before the job was done. I paid in parts each time but I made a mistake and gave them full payment. The day when everything was to be finished they damaged part of the garage and a pergola that I had. It was very disappointing to listen how Jack handle the situation. Until this day they still have not come to make right on the damaged property. Also they did not finish grinding some of the tree stumps that were part of the contract. They also left the lawn in a mess. overall I would give them 6 out of 10 for the service I received and I gave that grade due to the main guy that does the tree cutting."
