"I'm changing my original review because Zymetrical contacted me and remedied the situation. It was definitely unexpected and much appreciated, especially since the fact that my order was wrong was through no error on Zymetrical's part. It's not whether or not there was ever a problem that matters, it's how it was handled. Misunderstandings can always be resolved and I commend Zymetrical for coming to a resolution with me and caring enough to do so. I may purchase again from them after all. I'll just make sure to read the fine print next time around. I also want to add that my order was refunded 100% even though the fault was mine. I also get to keep my order! Can't ask for better service than that."
"I literally just got off the phone with one of the rudest, most fast talking jerks Iv'e ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. He over talked me the entire conversation, and never stopped to hear a single word I had to say. Somehow, by divine intervention I guess, he was able to get the issue I was calling about and give me an answer. I don't care how cheap their prices are, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"I was initially impressed with Zymetrical since they responded to some product questions via email very quickly. I went ahead and bought those items, along with some other things, and anxiously waited for them to arrive. I was able to login to their website and view my order and see that it was shipped the same day. Great! That order ended up not arriving for 2 weeks after it was supposed to. However, not knowing if the items would arrive in time for my party, the company did agree to send another shipment to me (FREE of charge!) and said I could keep both for my troubles. It was kind of a hassle getting to that point, but was a very nice gesture and I really appreciated it. My party went great and everyone loved the items. I will probably order from here again."

"These people are RIDICULOUS! They MUST use infant CHIMPANZEES to package their orders. (Granted, I ordered 6 small items that were under a dollar each, but they WERE FRAGILE, AND they are going to be used for a VERY special occasion!) They were ALSO odd sized objects, so, INSTEAD of sending them in an APPROPRIATE BOX, they CRAMMED them into a small box, CRUSHED one side of the box (AND some of the items inside as well), and STUFFED it all in an ENVELOPE!!!! I had to REPAIR three out of six, and two were BEYOND REPAIR! 99% of all the reviews I read from others who have bought from them mirror EXACTLY what I just experienced. I'll NEVER buy from them AGAIN!
IN RESPONSE to YOUR response.........thanks for the refund...BUT... wouldn't it be MUCH better if you provided QUALITY SERVICE to begin with, RATHER THAN constantly having to refund people's money?????!
